Ruby Hangman

This is the first project I completed at code bootcamp. The assignment task was to work with a partner to create an interactive terminal application using the Ruby programming language.

Natasha Khatri and I were partnered and we created an application for playing the game, Hangman.

Outside

Outside is a single-page weather application I created using ReactJS.

I wanted to get my feet wet with React and also to utilize an external API to pull data from. The app makes requests to the current weather API from OpenWeatherMap.org and displays relevant information to the user.

React feels like an extremely powerful tool to use and I'm eagre to dive into more projects after I get a deeper understanding of the fundamentals.

Javascript Calculator

I developed a calculator using only HTML, CSS and Javascript.

This is a project I completed as part of the freeCodeCamp.org front-end libraries certification.

I've always liked the layout of the built-in Windows 10 Calculator so I used the same layout here.

This Nicotine Calculator is a simple tool which calculates the volume and weight of liquid nicotine to add in order to reach the user's desired eLiquid strength.

Eliquid Data

Eliquid Data is web application which functions as an inventory and order management system for eliquid (vape liquid).

The application helps to streamline the manufacturing, packing and administration processes by consolidating important data.

On Tap

On Tap is a sports bar and grill in Latham, NY.

I designed a fully responsive website with an animated slideshow, lightbox gallery, maps and facebook integration.

"Rock, Paper, Scizzors!"

"Rock, Paper, Scizzors!" is a simple game we all know how to play.

I created a web page where the user can play against the browser. This was a really fun way to improve my javascript skills.

I started with a very basic version of the game, then added more graphics and features like a score count and a score tally.

Crystal Jade

Crystal Jade is a Chinese Restaurant in St Clair, NSW.

This is one of my early projects where I designed and developed a single-page website to display their menu, opening hours and contact details.

I used this as an opportunity to get some of my first experience with CSS3 and jQuery by creating a fully collapsible/expandable takeout menu.

Australian Time Converter

Australian Time Converter is one of my first projects.

I wanted to get some practice with javascript by creating a form which takes a time in an Australian time-zone and converts it to a different Australian time-zone.

Being a newbie, I ran into a lot of walls and went the hard way about few a things but I still had fun and leared a lot with this project.
